This affordable plan is designed for competitive players looking to improve Tennis Movement & Footwork. Anyone willing to see results and can dedicate approximately 60 minutes per day (4 days per week) working on tennis footwork and movement (on-court and off-court). This program focuses on 2 days on-court dedicated to tennis specific movements and footwork and then 2 days off-court focused on lower body stability and mobility that improves tennis movement.  We use our unique Kovacs Institute tennis-specific periodization model to allow for you to train all the major aspects needed on a weekly basis. Is The APP Easy To Use?

How Can I Access The Program after I have purchased it on the website?

What If I Miss A Training Session:
Most athletes do miss sessions at certain times throughout the program. This is understandable and the way the programs are designed, you can just do the session the following day. This allows you to continue with the program due to the unique periodization structure.
 
How Will I Know How To Perform All The Exercises:
We’re known for providing EXTREMELY comprehensive video demonstrations for every exercise. You will also be provided with the exact number of reps and sets, time and distance for every exercise. This makes the process very simple to follow. All you need to do is follow the plan
 
How Long Will Each Training Session Take:
We recommend scheduling approximately 60 minutes for each session. Some sessions may be shorter, depending on the focus of that day.

How To Incorporate This With My Current On-Court Tennis Practice and MatchPlay?
This program is designed to be added to your current on-court tennis practice and matchplay schedule. This program is designed predominantly for non-tournament weeks and/or weekend tournaments. We have other programs designed for “On-The-Road Programming”. We highly recommend the following schedule.
Strength Training Days performed after tennis practice or with at least 3 hours break before tennis practice.
Power Training Days performed before tennis practice or at least 3 hours after tennis practice.
Tennis On-Court Movement Days should be performed before tennis practice sessions or at least 3 hours after tennis practice.
Tennis Specific Endurance Days should be performed after tennis practice or at least 3 hours break before tennis practice.
Prevention and Prehab Days should be performed after tennis practice or at least 3 hours break before tennis practice.
Mobility Days should be performed after tennis practice. These can be performed most days per week.
 
Can I Perform This Program If I Am Injured Or Coming Off An Injury?
You need to be fully cleared by your physical therapist or physician to partake in this program.
 
How Much Improvement Can I Expect From This Program?
Let’s get 1 thing clear, this program is designed for competitive players looking to improve as quickly and as safely as possible. If you perform the training you will see huge improvements. We made this program for big time improvements. Your genetics and training age will play a big factor in exactly how much you gain, but we are 100% confident that this program will help you reach your tennis fitness potential.

No. this program is a one-time purchase and you keep access to your program.
  • Keep in mind that this is NOT an expensive subscription-based program, which means that we cannot provide direct assessment and individualized coaching for you.
  • We offer other programs for our professional and elite athletes at a cost of thousands of dollars per month. However, we have had requests from all over the world for a cost-effective program that can help improve tennis-specific fitness. As we kept getting hundreds of requests per year, we felt like we needed to provide a resource that could help the large amount of tennis players who we have not traditionally been able to help. We want to help everyone as best we can.
 
Does This Program Come With An APP?
Yes. This program comes with the Kovacs Institute App with all your exercises, reps, sets included. All you need to do is bring your energy, discipline and dedication and we take care of the rest.

What Are The Differences Between L1, L2 and L3 programs?
The level of difficulty with exercise selection, intensity of workouts and total volume increase from L1-L3. We recommend for people to start at L1 and progress from that point forward. All our programs are designed for competitive players. It also allows for individual athletes to progress in manageable 6 week increments. We also suggest a download week after the 6th week for rest/recovery before starting your next 6 week plan.
  • Also we recommend for some players to stay at a certain level for multiple months as long as the resistance is increasing and positive progress is being seen on-court. 

What Is The Difference Between This APP, The Kovacs Tennis Instruction APP,  Online Courses and the Kovacs Academy?
We have a number of educational programs designed for different purposes. This Kovacs Institute APP is specifically designed for programs and programming that are designed for different levels of tennis players. These are fully operational programs that allow you to train and work with the same quality programs as some of the best athletes in the world. It is important to realize that these are standalone and do not provide access to other Kovacs Institute education like the Kovacs Academy or the Kovacs Institute online courses on Learnworlds. Our KI Tennis App is being phased out and will no longer be active.
